Ivan Fuentes with La Bendicion Construction LLC is hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with. He truly went above and beyond in every aspect of the job—from expertly replacing the fascia to identifying and fixing an additional repair that needed attention. His workmanship is outstanding and the quality of his work is second to none. Everything was done with precision, care, and pride, and the results exceeded my expectations. Ivan is incredibly communicative, reliable, and professional. He showed up when he said he would during freezing temperatures, explained everything clearly, and treated my home with the utmost respect. Beyond his technical skill, Ivan is kind, generous, and genuinely cares about the people he serves. During a time when I truly needed help, he stepped in with patience, integrity, and compassion. He was truly a blessing to me—just like the name of his company, “La Bendicion,” which means “blessing” in Spanish. Ivan leads, serves, and works with a servant’s heart in both his words and actions. I am deeply grateful for the love, grace, generosity, and kindness he showed throughout this experience. I pray that God richly blesses Ivan and his family for the many ways he blesses others through his stellar work. If you are looking for a contractor who delivers exceptional craftsmanship, honesty, and heart, I cannot recommend Ivan Fuentes and La Bendicion Construction LLC highly enough. These guys are incredible!! Very honest and hard working!!! They truly can repair/ replace anything on the outside of an house’s !! Ivan was a pleasure to work with!

I needed some work done after a water leak in my house. Everything was completed to satisfaction. They were punctual and professional. They were careful about their workspace, covering furniture if there was dust, and they cleaned up around the workspace. Not all contractors care to do proper clean up after a job. I really appreciated that. I will definitely be calling them for additional projects.

Had a fire a need to get the garage painted for resale. They came not only did they get rid of all the burn marks on the walls and floor but did an amazing job painting the entire garage in under 4hrs. Truly a marvelous project. High recommendations every single time.

Ivan and his team were great! The process was seamless and the scope of work and costs were very transparent. From coming out to give me a quote, to getting me scheduled, to the work getting done in one day, then to the professional cleanup, the team was very diligent and professional!

Ivan and his team are the best. We asked to get the roof done and two days later they came out and completed the work Ivan is very professional and responsive. You will not go wrong choosing his company. Ten stars for me!!!!

Ivan is very nice and good. Also he has outstanding professional skills that help me to fixing the damaged shingles on over 25feet s tall roof, he also help me to seal the skylight nails. Finally he’s rate is very affordable.
